Before you come

What does it cost?

Humans are always free. Dogs need a pass: $8 Tuesday to Thursday, $15 Friday to Sunday, with $3 or $5 for each extra dog. Month passes start at $50, and annual memberships at $37.50 a month. All passes.

Which vaccines does my dog need?

Current Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper. Bring records that show expiration dates, or upload them in Gingr before you come.

Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?

Yes, once they turn one year old.

What is the temperament test?

On your first visit, a Barktender meets your dog before they join the group. [How long it takes, what they look for, and what happens if it doesn't go well: to confirm with the owners.]

Can I bring my puppy?

[Minimum age and which puppy shots count: to confirm with the owners.]

Can I bring my kids?

Guests need to be 14 or older. Babies you can hold are welcome; strollers stay outside.

I don't have a dog. Can I still come?

Absolutely. All humans are welcome to pull up a chair, grab a drink and stay awhile, free.

At the park

Can I bring toys or treats?

Please don't. Toys and treats start squabbles in a group. Pup cups are on us. The one exception is Fetch Club, 1st and 3rd Thursdays, when we bring hundreds of tennis balls.

Is there food and drink?

Local beer, cocktails, coffee, tea, mocktails, milkshakes and soft serve. See the menu. Human food from outside isn't allowed on the turf.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Only water.

What about rain, heat and winter?

The park is fully outdoors, with covered seating. Dress for the weather. [Winter hours and weather closures: to confirm; we'll post them on Instagram.]

Where do I park?

Free lot with two accessible spots. When it fills, there's free street parking on Hopkins Ave.

Passes and membership

Do I need to book a time?

No. Come any time we're open and buy a pass at check-in or ahead in Gingr.

Which pass is right for us?

Dropping in now and then? A day pass. Coming a lot? A month pass covers every visit for 30 days. Here most weeks all year? The annual membership is $37.50 a month and comes with a guest pass every month.

What do annual members get?

One guest pass a month, weekly drink specials, a monthly members-only meetup, first access to event tickets, and 10% off private parties and merch.

Can I cancel?

Month passes on auto-renew can be canceled anytime. Annual memberships paid monthly are a 12-month commitment; see the membership agreement.

The Gingr app

Our sign-up system. App code 178826.

Do I need a Gingr account?

It's faster, but no. Bring your vet records and we'll set one up with you at check-in.

Why can't I book a time in Gingr?

We don't use bookings. Ignore the Book tab; buy a day pass under Shop › Shop Packages.

Why does Gingr say my vaccines are expired?

Our staff enter the dates by hand. Until then Gingr shows them as expired; valid records are fine at check-in.

How do I edit my profile or my dog's?

Account › Manage Profiles › Edit.

Why does it ask for a card?

It speeds up check-in. You're only charged when you buy a pass. We also take cash and Apple Pay at the park.
