Bring your dog's shot records
Proof of current vaccines that shows the expiration dates. Dogs one year and older need to be spayed or neutered.

Join the pack online (optional)
Make a profile for you and your dog in Gingr, our membership app, and upload the vaccine records. Skip it and we'll do it with you at the gate.

Come by and say hi
No reservations. Come any time we're open, get a day pass or membership, and meet a Barktender for a quick temperament check. Then off they go.
Day passes are $8 Tue–Thu, $15 Fri–Sun. Humans are free. All passes
What happens at the temperament check
This is the part nervous owners wonder about most. A few plain sentences here save a lot of questions at the gate.
- How it works: [what the Barktender watches for, on or off leash]

Setting up
Tap "Join the Pack," then Sign Up. If staff started your account, use Reset Password with the email you gave them.
Uploading records
Account → Upload Records. Images or PDFs that show expiration dates.
It says "Vaccines expired"
Staff enter dates by hand, so Gingr may say expired until then. Valid uploads are fine at check-in.
Buying a pass
Shop → Shop Packages (day) or Shop Subscriptions (month). Ignore the Book tab; we don't use it.
Why does it want a card?
It speeds up checkout; you're only charged when you buy. Cash and Apple Pay work at the park.
